Reach the Provider
When you arrive at OFP, the staff will greet you and seat you at the waiting room. We will examine you as quick as possible – average waiting time is 0-5 minutes.
We are able to order lab work and do basic capillary labs in office. We do not provide venous blood draws at this time.
A Pediatrician is immediately available if needed.
Please let us know if your child has any allergy or other medical condition.
We are able to prescribe medication electronically.
If you are requesting refills, please allow 1 business day for non-controlled substances and 3 business days for controlled substances. Refills can be requested through our portal.
Do you accept my insurance?
OFP accepts most health insurances.
If this is not your case, or if you have no insurance coverage then you will be expected to pay the bill in cash or credit card at the time of visit.
If you are self-pay, an estimate of charges will be provided in advance.
Please check with your insurance company to make sure we are in network!!!
Free Parking is available in front and around the Medical Building.
What is a Meet and Greet?
A Meet and Greet allows time for the family to meet with the doctor and see if the practice is a good fit for them.
How long is a Meet and Greet?
You are welcome to a 5-10 minute conversation with Dr. Lavania either by phone or in person.
How much does a Meet and Greet cost?
A meet and greet is free of charge.
How do we sign up for a Meet and Greet?
You may call our office at 678-962-PEDS (7337) to schedule an appointment to meet with Dr. Lavania.
Is a Meet and Greet required?
A Meet and Greet is not required if you know that One Family Pediatrics is the right practice for your family!
